May 5th 2020 Update
As of May 5th 2020 we have temporarily suspended our international shipping option as it has been advised by Royal Mail to stop shipping to various countries because of delays. We will be evaluating this regularly and will hopefully returning the option soon. 
Shipping within the UK remains available.
In the meantime international customers can still enjoy our e-products.

May 29th 2020 Update
As of May 29th we are changing our processing schedule and post office drop off days. From now until further notice orders will be sent to the post office on Mondays and Thursdays. All regular orders will be sent 1st or 2nd class tracked and signed. Wholesale orders will be sent 2nd class (Tracked+Signed), and there will be a shipping option available to have your wholesale order sent 1st class for an additional fee (£2), please note your order will still only be sent on Monday or Thursday. 
Royal Mail are experiencing delays due to Covid-19, though 1st class aims for the next working day and 2nd class aims for delivery within 1-3 days these time frames will most likely be delayed by at least 2-3 additional working days.
Please take note of this before ordering.

June 6th 2020 Update
Hi loves, just some further updates
Royal Mail 2nd Class (Standard Shipping) has been taking up to 8 working days to arrive for most orders and 1st class has been averaging 3 days so please bare this in mind when selecting your shipping option.
Posting days are still Monday & Thursday.
Please allow up to 14 business days before contacting us about your order.
Also please note the tracking system does not give tracking information for every step of your parcel's journey, only when it is dropped off and when delivery has been made/attempted. We do not have additional back end support to tell us exactly where you package is, we only have the information given to you via your tracking number.
