Shipping Update (Read before ordering)
UK Customers: Royal Mail seem (for the most part) to be back to their regular delivery times. Delays may still occur depending on where you are located in the UK as some regions are still experiencing issues caused by the pandemic and lockdown restrictions. Please bare this in mind when choosing your shipping option.
Once your package has been taken to the post office it is out of our control, we can only see the information provided by your tracking number so please refrain from contacting us about your delayed package. Please make Royal Mail your first point of contact for questions on delays, if you believe your package is lost then please reach out to us (15 working days after expected delivery date) and we will contact Royal Mail to start a missing package/compensation claim.
We use Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed and Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for most orders, these services offer a tracking number but only track your package from drop off to attempted delivery. Your tracking will show when your package has been accepted at the post office, and then when it has been delivered/attempted to be delivered. You do not get step by step updates on your shipment. We also do not get updates on your package, we can only see what you see from the tracking number.
The UPS shipping options offer full tracking details so please select UPS at checkout if you would prefer that.
