Q. I accidently gave the wrong email address / I have not received an order confirmation email.
A. Please contact us with your name and order number or shipping address via email with the correct email address.
If you did not receive an order confirmation this will be a result of either you providing an incorrect email address, your order did not go through or a glitch with our automated email system, please contact us for more information.
If your order confirmation email gets bounced back to us, we will not start processing your order until you contact us.

A. We are based in London, England.
Q. How long will my order take?
A. Wholesale orders that contain made to order products, such as Pre Mixed Lip Gloss jars will take 1-6 Business days to process.
Pre Order products will have the estimated shipping times available on the product page. If you order other products within the same order as a Pre Order product your order will not ship until the pre order items are available to ship out.
Other products will ship at our usual 1-3 business days
Q. My order arrive damaged what can I do?
A. Please take clear photos of:
Damage to the outside packaging
Damage to products/goods
The inner packaging (e.g. bubble wrap, filling paper, void filler).
The shipping label with the tracking number visible
If your package was sent via UPS please read their Photo Documentation Requirements for guidance on what photos you need to take and how to take them.
Then send the images along with your order number to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will file a claim with the shipping company (UPS or Royal Mail) for compensation for your package.
Please note failure to follow the correct procedures will result in your package not being resent or refunded.
Q. Can I get the True Nudes Collection for wholesale?
A. No, this collection is not available for wholesale.
