Q. Do you ship worldwide?
A. Yes - Due to COVID-19 we are currently only shipping within the UK until further notice (May 21st 2020)
Q. How much is shipping?
Domestic Shipping (UK) - £2.50
International Shipping (Standard) - £5
International Shipping (Tracked) - £10
Please ensure somebody is available to sign for your package
Shipping prices are subject to change and are often lowered for seasonal promotions
Eve Cosmetics is not responsible for any shipping orders that may be affected by customs, tax or any other back end charges, natural occurrences, transfers from Royal Mail to the local carrier in your country or air/ground transportation strikes or delays.
Q. International Tracked vs Standard?
A. When you select tracked shipping you will receive a tracking number when your order has been dropped to the post office, this will help you keep track of your package and when it arrives to your country. Depending on your country's mail carrier another tracking number will be provided when your local mail carrier gets your package. A signature may be required for your package to be delivered.
When you select standard shipping you will not be able to track your item and it will not require a signature upon delivery. Once your package has been dropped to the post office it should take up to 10 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays). Please wait up to 14 business days before contacting us. Selecting the standard shipping option means you waive the right for a refund if your package is lost during transit.
If you do need to contact us about the location of your order please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can look into the matter for you.
Q. Where are you based?
A. We are based in London, England.
Q. Do you send out PR?
A. At this current time we are not looking for influencers but if you are interested please send your social media handles to email@example.com along with why you would like to work with us.
Q. When will I get my order?
A. Orders will take 1-5 business days to process and another 3-7 business days to arrive. (Please allow up to 14 business days before contacting us about your order as delays may occur).
Most orders go out within 2 business days and the timeline stated above is a guideline*
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail
International orders are sent via Royal Mail and then handled by a third party shipping service. e.g. US orders are taken on by USPS
Q. I accidentally entered my shipping address incorrectly, what can I do?
Please contact us ASAP via Twitter, Instagram or email as most orders are processed and sent within a day.
If your order has already been sent out you will have to wait until it is sent back to us for us to resend it and you will have to pay a re-post fee (£4 within the UK, £10 International).
Whether your order is sent back to us or not you will not be refunded as it is the customer's responsibility to ensure they enter the correct delivery address and we will have incurred costs because of it.
Q. Do you have a discount code?

Q. What is your refund policy?
A. We are currently not able to give refunds, all sale are final. In the event of faulty goods we are happy to send out a replacement. All e-products are non refundable.
Q. How long will my order take?
Wholesale orders will take the same amount of time as regular orders to process and ship unless stated otherwise (e.g. a Pre Order) on the product page, please read full product page descriptions.
Q. I would like to buy something wholesale from you but you don't currently offer it?
A. We are open to any wholesale requests e.g. Tubes, Mica, Packaging, Base colours etc. Please send any wholesale requests to firstname.lastname@example.org Please note we will not be offering pre-filled whole sale lip gloss tubes.
