Processing Times are 1-3 Business days (Monday-Friday excluding UK Public Holidays). Processing is the period in which your order is packed and shipped out.
Some PayPal customers will be subject to longer processing times as PayPal may investigate your transaction before releasing funds to us.
Shipping Times depend on which shipping method you chose at checkout and where you are located, these times are not guarantees, the shipping carrier is responsible for shipping times, not Eve Cosmetics. Please take into account weekends and public holidays when waiting on your package to arrive.
Shipping Prices are determined by what you order and where you are located, please add what you want to cart, and proceed to checkout to see accurate shipping rates.
As both a wholesale and direct to consumer business, we have different shipping prices for different sets of products. If you purchase from both sets of products your shipping prices will be combined. If you are overcharged for shipping we will refund the difference where relevant, this is at the discretion of Eve Cosmetics.
Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom) Royal Mail & UPS
Royal Mail 1st Class Signed aims for delivery within 1-2 working days.
Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed aims for delivery within 1-3 working days.
These Royal Mail services offer limited tracking. Your tracking will show when your package has been accepted at the post office, and then when it has been delivered/attempted to be delivered. You do not get step by step updates on your shipment. We do not get updates on your package, we can only see what you see from the tracking number.

International Customers: Royal Mail & UPS
Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed for services aims for delivery to Europe in 3-5 Working Days and the rest of the world in 5-7 working days.
Tracking limitations may apply depending on what country you are in, all packages are sent signed for.
Please direct any questions about the location of your package to Royal Mail or your local postage carrier if your package has arrived to the destination country.

UPS International orders usually take up to 7 business days to arrive.

Taxes & Customs
Eve Cosmetics is not responsible for any orders that may be affected by customs, tax or any other back end charges, natural occurrences, transfers from Royal Mail to the local carrier in your country or air/ground transportation strikes or delays.
Please find out the import and tax rules for your country, the payment of customs/import taxes are the responsibility of the importer (the customer), not Eve Cosmetics. If your package is sent back to us due to unpaid customs/import duties, you will not be entitled to a full refunded. You will be charged for shipping as well as any additional charges incurred by Eve Cosmetics due to your non payment of customs/duties, this may include the customs charge you did not pay.
If your package gets sent back to us you will be charged to resend your package. If you decide to not pay to have your package reshipped, you can get a refund on your order, excluding the amount it cost Eve Cosmetics to ship your package (this amount may be more than what you paid for shipping).

Our processing times are 1-3 business days but many orders ship the same day, sometimes in less than an hour. It is not our responsibility to ensure you have entered your address correctly. Any packages that get lost during transit due to an incorrect address will not be refunded, at this time we do not put a return address on our domestic packages so your order will not get sent back to us. If your package does make it back to us you will be charged to resend your package. If you decide to not pay to have your package reshipped, you can get a refund on your order, excluding the amount it cost Eve Cosmetics to ship your package (this amount may be more than what you paid for shipping).
If any goods in your order arrive to you damaged please follow the below procedure for damaged goods. Any customer that receives damaged goods in their order will be offered a replacement, once the procedure for damaged goods has been followed and a claim has been submitted.

If your package was sent via UPS please read their Photo Documentation Requirements for guidance on what photos you need to take and how to take them.
Then send the images along with your order number to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will file a claim with the shipping company (UPS or Royal Mail) for compensation for your package.
Please note failure to follow the correct procedures will result in your package not being resent or refunded.
